How much do you reimburse?We are a reimbursement only company. We do not pay a fee to our shoppers. Each client determines the maximum reimbursement they will pay per visit. When you assign yourself to a shop, you will be emailed directions pertaining to that shop. The maximum reimbursement for that shop will be noted in the directions you receive. When do you send out checks? Checks are sent out on the 3rd Friday of the month AFTER the month of your visit. Why don't you pay a fee? We view your reimbursement as repayment for the time you spent completing the report. How will you know how much to reimburse me? When you fill in the online questionnaire, you will be asked to include the amount you paid (including tax and gratuities, valet or parking, etc.) on page one. We will match this against the receipt you send us to verify your reimbursement amount. Will my reimbursement amount always cover the cost of my visit? Please review your reimbursement limits within the shopper guidelines you receive. Most of the hotels we represent reimburse for one night's lodging at the hotel. Restaurant reimbursement amounts are set at reasonable levels to allow you to order and tip within limits. Can I take others along with me to a restaurant or hotel? Yes, as long as you adhere to the directions emailed to you. Do you require a receipt? Yes.
